We aim to bring the service to you and work closely with you to ensure that all of your requests are met.

Our service to you starts when you contact us, whether by telephone or calling personally and extend often way beyond the day of the funeral. On our initial contact we will ask for preliminary details, whereupon if the deceased has died at home or in a private nursing home and we will arrange to convey the deceased to our Private Chapel. We would then ask, at a time and place of convenience to the family, for the funeral director to call and arrange the funeral to a standard and procedure that meets the needs and requirements of those concerned.

Often, it is a close relative that takes the responsibility for arranging the funeral and therefore will have many decisions to make such as whether to have a burial or cremation. It may be that the deceased made these decisions before they passed away and we will honour their wishes. If the deceased had a will, you may need to check if there were any special requests that they wanted and if so, we will do our utmost to carry them out.
